Refund Policy
Students who register for courses occasionally change their mind for one reason or another. Regardless of the reason, we believe there should be a definite refund policy for students who decide not to take the course. We have formulated a comprehensive refund policy to address such situations. Refunds for our courses are subject to the following conditions:

General Refund Policy for Online Courses:
Refunds for online courses will be processed if:

The student/user has not accessed any portion of the online course AND submits a written refund request via email within three business days from the date of registration (email notification sent).

Please note that once any part of the course has been accessed, refunds will not be granted.

A full refund will be issued, deducting an administrative fee of Rs. 350/=.

Return of all shipped course materials (books, study guides, CDs, Self-Study Kits, Videos, etc.) is required, unopened and unused, at the student’s expense if the package has been received.
By enrolling and accessing the online course, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the above-stated refund policy. Course extensions are not permitted.

Refund Policy for Online Purchasable Lessons:
Refunds for online purchasable lessons will be considered if:

The student/user has not accessed any portion of the online course AND submits a written refund request via email within 72 hours of enrolling in the course.

Refunds will not be granted once the exam associated with the course has been attempted.

Refunds will not be provided after the exam associated with the course has been attempted.

Please note that a refund will be processed, deducting the materials fee for the course, in the case of online live classes.
Refund requests will be addressed in accordance with the payment-originated media utilized by the customer. We strictly adhere to these policies to ensure fairness and consistency for all our students.
